Bill Hoisington started in radio in 1957 in Chanute, Kansas. From 1957 to 1970 he served as an Announcer & Chief Engineer at stations in Oklahoma, Mississippi and Louisiana. From 1970 to 1987 Bill owned and operated AM & FM stations in Mississippi, Alabama and Florida. From 1990 to the present, he has managed the Florida office of RF Specialties. Bill holds an FCC General Class license and General Class Amateur license. (WA4RPK).

Bill Newbrough has 50 years of experience in the radio and TV industry, starting as a “rock & roll” DJ in 1958, at WVVW in Grafton WV. He obtained the FCC First Class license in 1960 and became chief engineer. From there he went on to various announcing and engineering positions in radio and TV in West Virginia and Indiana. A 20 year stint at NBC-TV and Radio, in Chicago and San Francisco, followed. From 1977 to 1989 he was engineering manager at the 50 kW NBC O&O, KNBR, in San Francisco. In 1989 NBC sold off all of its radio properties and Bill went into sales, as District Sales Manager for Harris Broadcast. Since 1993 he has been associated with both RF Specialties of California and RF Specialties of Washington, Inc.

Bob Trimble started in Radio in High School, where he majored in radio and electronics. Later, in college, he studied computers and electronics. He has been an engineer,chief engineer and contract engineer at stations in Portland and Seattle, where he constructed studios and transmitter sites. Bob has worked for various companies in their computer and network departments, and has sales experience in a variety of areas. Bob holds an FCC General Class license and an Amatuer Radio Advanced Class license.

Chris Hall started his broadcasting career shortly after high school at WCTV Television in Tallahassee, FL. Besides serving as an engineer at WCTV, he has also worked as the technical manager for a cable TV station, a radio and television contract engineer, and as a 2-way radio technician. In 2004, Chris formed Reel Audio Broadcast Engineering Inc. a contract engineering business serving the radio and television industry. Chris currently serves as the Chief Engineer for over 20 radio stations in the South Georgia and North Florida area. In 2005, Chris started RF Specialties of Georgia. He also holds an FCC General Class Amateur license (KG4PUZ).

Dave Edmiston has over 25 years experience in the Broadcast Industry, beginning as a field technician with Edmiston Tower Inc. in 1972, supervising FM and TV antenna installations as well as turnkey transmitter site installations. Dave joined SWR Inc. in 1990, where he held the position of Plant Manager for five years and then became vice-president of National and International Sales in 1995.Dave now operates the Ebensburg (Pittsburgh), PA office for the RF Specialties Group.

Don Jones has been involved in various SCA and satellite operations over the years, including co-founding Market Information of Omaha. His broadcast equipment career began in 1965 when he joined McMartin Industries. He worked in sales and marketing there until co-founding RF Specialties in 1982.

Edward Edmiston has been in the Broadcast Industry for over 30 years with experience in TV, FM and AM Antenna Systems. For the past 14 years he has been supplying and installing broadcast equipment in South East Asia. His office is located in Manila, Philippines.

Rick Funk has over 30-years in radio, beginning as a teenage announcer at WILE in his hometown of Cambridge, OH. He continued announcing in Zanesville, OH while attending Ohio University and, later, engineered stations in Middlesboro, KY, Knoxville and Chicago before moving into sales with Allied Broadcast Equipment in 1987. During his more than 15 years at Allied and Harris, Rick served many broadcasters, selling both studio and transmitter products. He joined RF Specialties of Missouri in 2003. Rick holds lifetime SBE certifications as a Professional Broadcast Engineer and Networking Technologist.
